As you all know, Dad's blue Toyota hit the dust about a month ago. Brandon found a truck he thought Dad would like on Craig's list so the two of them headed to Seattle to look at it. It didn't take long for Dad to realize it would be a good replacement for the old Toyota. (he still misses the Toyota though) About a week later he and Brandon headed to Seattle by ferry to pick up the truck. Dad has enjoyed having a truck again. Because there is a 4" lift it is kind of hard for me to climb in. One time I forgot about the lift as I was getting out, boy was that a surprise when the ground was farther down than I expected. I haven't done that since. When Dad first said he was going to get the truck I asked him who was more excited about it, him or Brandon? His reply was Brandon. Now that he's had it for a week I don't think that's the case. I hope this one brings him as much satisfaction and joy as his Toyota did.

I am sure Brandon is just as excited as dad. That's fun that they could go together to get it. Dad, you look great standing next to the truck. I am sure you will love having it around. And mom, I'm with you, it would be hard to get in and out of
